Configure Gateway details

  • Gateway name: Enter a recognizable name for your gateway.
  • Hosting location: Select the country where your data will be hosted (TAGGRS uses Google Cloud infrastructure).
  • The gateway is created automatically after configuration.

Note
The hosting of the data is through Google Cloud. This means that it falls under the U.S. Cloud Act, which allows the data to be viewed by U.S. authorities under certain circumstances. If you avoid this, we recommend setting up Server-side Tracking via Google Tag Manager with our regular setting. With this solution, you choose the processing location yourself and it does not fall under the Cloud Act.

Add your subdomain

  1. Add a CNAME record in your DNS hosting to point your chosen subdomain to the TAGGRS gateway.
  2. Ensure your subdomain is configured and propagates correctly for seamless event delivery.

Monitor performance and deduplication

After completing the Meta CAPI Gateway setup, you can monitor the performance of your server-side tracking directly in the TAGGRS CAPI Gateway analytics dashboard. The analytics dashboard provides real-time visibility into Meta event processing, including:

  • Average EMQ score
  • Event coverage
  • Meta event deduplication status.

These metrics help validate that the Meta CAPI Gateway is configured correctly and that events are deduplicated as expected.
